Is it just me or has 2011 been the year of the Festival? It seems like every week there's some sorta fest thing of some sorts going on somewhere that I just know I'm supposed to be at. Yet I seem to have missed quite a few. I guess I've sorta gotten burnt out. Maybe being able to see that fourth decade approaching me makes me not care anymore. Or the fact that I've been listening to and enjoying way more Cubicle Rock than I ever thought I would or could? Lordy lordy almost forty and this is what I've become. Oh dear me.
I was actually pretty excited about this here event but didn't manage to make it to all the shows or see all the bands. I even managed to miss the Zero Boys cuz I think I was a bit ill by Sunday night. What I did catch I certainly liked, though, and thought I'd take the time out here to share with you. I'm trying something a bit different this time around and doing an animated still sorta deal. I tend to shoot multiple shots at once--perhaps you've seen my videos made with multiple shots? This time just made short little gifs that I sorta like and hope you do, too.
PS: Sneaky Pinks ruined/ruled the whole deal, at least what I saw...
